Flamingo Grill: If you’re looking for that “out of the ordinary” place to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a nice evening out, this is it! Flamingo Grill offers the finest cuisine and service that’s second to none. Their menu features seafood dishes that are out of this world, as well as prime rib, steaks, Italian specialty dishes and nightly specials. The martini and wine bar is a great place to begin or end your evening. Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 4:15 to 10:00 p.m.; closed on Sunday.
Sea Captain’s House: This oceanfront landmark has been in business for over 50 years and has won more awards than any other restaurant in Myrtle Beach, including “Best Seafood Restaurant” 4 years in a row! Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Sea Captain’s House literally has it all from pancakes, waffles and crab cakes benedict for breakfast to steak, shrimp & grits, fresh seafood and shellfish for dinner! Bimini’s Oyster Bar and Seafood Cafe: Known for its casual, laid back atmosphere with a little bit of island flair; this hidden gem is a great place to go. Serving locals and visitors for over 30 years the menu has so many options to choose from that it keeps people coming back for more. Some of the favorites that Bimini’s offers are a variety of fresh catch of the day selections and oysters, clams, mussels and shrimp that are steamed to perfection. For something a little different try the crab leg pot, oyster roast or steam pot! Bimini’s is located just around the corner from Kingston Plantation on Lake Arrowhead Road. Drunken Jack’s: Located just south of the Grand Strand, this seafood restaurant in Murrells Inlet (known as the seafood capital of South Carolina) serves the freshest seafood that the area has to offer such as shrimp, oysters, lobster, scallops, crab, grouper and flounder. Soups, salads, chicken, steaks, pasta dishes and sandwiches are also available as well as gluten free items and a special kid’s menu. Bubba’s Fish Shack: This quirky out of the ordinary restaurant has some of the best down home southern style cooking along the coast. The low-key, casual atmosphere might be just what you need after a long day on the course or at the beach! No matter what you’re craving, Bubba’s has you covered. Featuring their fresh catch specials, raw & steamed bar, seafood baskets and platters, they also have a great selection of other items to choose from. Captain George’s Seafood Buffet: This world-famous seafood buffet is listed as one of the “Top 12 All-You-Can-Eat Buffets in America”! Located directly across from Broadway at the Beach, Captain George’s has something for everyone.
