HOA policy states that guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and that guest must also be traveling and occupying the rental property for the entire length of stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or outside on the patio. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Per Kingston Plantation HOA Policy: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
