Our experience was awesome. The towels and bedding was nice and soft. The view was amazing! The host was awesome. I could tell that much attention to detail was given in cleaning the suite. The front desk personnel was awesome as well. Loved the convenience of walking from the room to the beach.

The rooms were well prepared, bathrooms were clean with fresh white towels. Walking in to the suite, the cleanliness set the tone for our entire time there. We appreciated walking in to a well cooled suite on an extremely hot July day. The property was very well kept, clean and inviting. We enjoyed the quiet friendly atmosphere. It was great to be able to go waking and enjoy the shade from the tree during the daytime.

A fantastic retreat that we've used for the fourth time in the last five years. Lots of space, newly refurbished, quiet, gated, close to amenities, covered parking and a two minute walk from the beach. There is nothing else we could possibly need.

We all decided that Mike and Lynn Condo is the one to beat. We made memories and we bonded through the sounds of the ocean and the views were breathtaking. Professional and accurate from the beginning until the end. I was very impressed with the quality and accuracy of Prista Vacations handling all my reservations. They responded to all my emails and phone calls within a 24hrs or less and sent information I didn't even think about asking. I will use and recommend them again.

by Karen on 04/16/2023 Easy to book and communicate throughout the process. The condo was very clean. The entire Kingston Resort area is beautiful and the condo is tastefully decorated and clean. What a view from the balcony! This might sound crazy but we loved the ease of the blinds. We’ve stayed in far too many places with less than desirable hard to use blinds. Easy to walk to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay again.
