Is the age restriction of 25 for booking the suite negotiable?
Does everybody staying in the suite have to be over the age of 25?
No, only the guest booking the reservation is required to be over the age of 25. The person making the reservation must be also be occupying the condo for the entire length of the stay.
Can we bring our pet on vacation with us?
No, we have a strict no pet policy, this is set by the HOA of building not Prista.
I booked with a third party booking site (HomeAway, VRBO) , why do I see two charges on my Credit Card?
Third party booking sites like HomeAway and VRBO charge guests a booking fee to use their website. This fee was included in the quote they provided prior to you making the reservation. It is processed separately.
If I don’t have travel insurance and there is a Hurricane, do I get a refund?
No, guests who decline travel insurance, forfeit their ability to get a refund in the event of a natural disaster.
Can we use multiple payment methods?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, as well as e-check. We can accept payment from multiple guests for the same stay.
Can a Canadian guest pay with e-check?
No, we are not set up to receive e-check from Canadian guests, however Canadian guests can make arrangements to send a physical check in US dollars to Prista.
Why didn’t I receive my check-in information?
Check-in information is sent 10 days prior to check-in with a zero balance and a signed rental agreement.
Can I pay off the balance prior to it being due?
Yes, absolutely, we ask that you make that request via email. Payment will be processed, and you will receive confirmation via email.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Contact our property care team via email, phone or text. This contact information is provided in the guest welcome packet. Every effort will be made to be resolved as soon as possible.
