Pam Carder is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years specializing in revenue management, data analytics, reservation sales, and education.
She began her career in hotel operations before swiftly advancing into revenue leadership roles, serving as Director of Revenue Strategy for both Hilton and Four Seasons across Alaska and Hawaii.
Pam is recognized for designing and implementing revenue management business practices and operational processes that consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals. She excels at identifying both strategic and tactical opportunities to drive performance while developing strong, collaborative revenue and sales team structures that support long-term growth and profitability.
Her specialties include competitive market positioning analysis, dynamic pricing strategy, custom demand forecasting tool development, inventory and distribution channel optimization, unconstrained demand and Not Booked data analysis, profit maximization, and brand management. Pam is highly skilled in sales training, coaching, team succession planning, and developing upsell and revenue-generating incentive programs that positively influence behavior and performance. She is also a NAVIS Certified Professional with extensive call center management expertise.
