Our knowledge of each property makes it easy for us to answer all your questions –plus we are able to help provide recommendations based on your vacation needs. Snizhana Jacynycz, PMIC, Property Manager-in-Charge

Snizhana joined Prista Vacation Rentals in 2024 and serves as our South Carolina licensed Property Manager-in-Charge.

Snizhana currently resides in South Carolina with her husband, George, and two daughters, Mila and Nina.

George A. Jacynycz, CPA, Founder

George founded Prista Vacation Rentals in 2009 after privately representing his family’s Myrtle Beach vacation home. After sharing his family’s vacation home with friends and guests alike, he realized that others enjoyed vacationing privately – an experience unavailable from a traditional hotel. Other owners agreed, and 40 owners later (and counting) we are committed to providing our guests with the same one-of-a-kind private stay experience.

George, an Ohio native, golfer, and beachgoer began traveling to Myrtle Beach in 2006 after a family friend invited him and his friends to stay at their oceanfront vacation home at the Margate Tower in Kingston Plantation. About one year later, he and his family purchased their first vacation rental at the Island Vista Resort which they later named ‘Getsy’s Getaway’.

George strives to ensure our team delivers a ‘Better’ vacation rental and management experience for our loyal guests and dedicated owners alike.

George currently resides in South Carolina with his wife, Snizhana, and two daughters, Mila and Nina. He is an active Certified Public Accountant with Daniel Island CPAs.

Kaan Gencer, Director of Marketing

Kaan joined the Prista team while it was still at its infancy in 2011. An entrepreneur at heart, he recognized George’s unique vision for a private vacation experience in Myrtle Beach and jumped at the opportunity to join forces and together create a special, private experience for guests.

Kaan and his family have owned time shares in the Myrtle Beach area for many years, and it is his love of the beach and the unique experience that private vacationing provides guests that drives him to connect Prista with guests looking for more than just a typical hotel experience in Myrtle Beach.

Kaan has dual Masters degrees in Business and Marketing and is currently hopping back and forth between his home state of Ohio and his favorite vacation spot on the East coast in Myrtle Beach.

Tina Wolfe, Web/Marketing

Tina recently joined our team full-time, as a Reservationist/Marketing Associate. She was originally introduced to George back in 2011 while booking her first “Prista” stay at The Margate which elevated her Myrtle Beach vacation experience to a whole new level! She shared with George how she enjoyed reviewing vacation rentals online and was quite impressed with the portfolio of upscale properties that Prista managed. Of course, George asked her to keep in touch and she did!

Since 2016 she has been working part-time 'behind the scenes' with Prista and is very excited for this new opportunity. Originally coming from the guest side of things, she looks forward to creating a stress-free vacation experience for you! As a lifelong resident of Ohio, she’s very passionate about Cleveland sports and enjoys time spent with family and friends. She’s enjoyed many vacations in Myrtle Beach over the years and looks forward to spending a lot more time at the beach for years to come.

Pamel Carder, Revenue Management

Pam Carder is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years specializing in revenue management, data analytics, reservation sales, and education.

She began her career in hotel operations before swiftly advancing into revenue leadership roles, serving as Director of Revenue Strategy for both Hilton and Four Seasons across Alaska and Hawaii.
Pam is recognized for designing and implementing revenue management business practices and operational processes that consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals. She excels at identifying both strategic and tactical opportunities to drive performance while developing strong, collaborative revenue and sales team structures that support long-term growth and profitability.

Her specialties include competitive market positioning analysis, dynamic pricing strategy, custom demand forecasting tool development, inventory and distribution channel optimization, unconstrained demand and Not Booked data analysis, profit maximization, and brand management. Pam is highly skilled in sales training, coaching, team succession planning, and developing upsell and revenue-generating incentive programs that positively influence behavior and performance. She is also a NAVIS Certified Professional with extensive call center management expertise.

Pam’s technical proficiency spans a wide range of industry platforms and systems, including Streamline, RevMax, LSI Insights, OPERA, V12, SMS, IQWare, Delphi/Profit Pack, OTA extranets, STR Reports, IDeaS, EzRMS, SynXis, Performing Insights, NAVIS Lead Management, RezForce & Marketing Software, KeyData, TravelCLICK (iHotelier), EZYield, OTA Insights, Rate360, Hyatt Reserve, and Demand 360.
