Jon and Carol’s – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina: Margate Tower #2609
This beautifully appointed resort view suite is sure to exceed your expectations. The large, spacious rooms and two dining tables offering seating for 12 makes this rental a perfect destination for small groups and extended families. High up on the 26th floor, the huge wrap-around balcony offers beautiful views of the landscape within Kingston Resort and sunsets unlike any you have seen before.
With over 3,100 square feet of space including three king-size beds, a queen bed and a sleeper/sofa (queen) in the living room. Jon and Carol’s vacation rental will easily accommodate up to 10. This expansive 4 bedroom/3 bath unit has plenty of space to gather with family and friends or get away for a little relaxation on your own.
Other amenities include a private balcony off the primary bedroom, corner jetted whirlpool tub in the primary bathroom, a full-size washer & dryer and so much more. For your enjoyment and entertainment there are HDTV’s in every room and a DVD Player. Stay connected on our dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Once you vacation at Jon and Carol’s you’ll want to return year after year!

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, they do not have access to 78 Fitness, Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
