HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony.

Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, is adjacent to the resort. The bait & tackle shop, arcade games, casual dining and nightly live entertainment throughout the summer make it a great place to go. The Myrtle Beach Airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away!
Please Note:
Our Vacation Rental guests can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, private vacation rental guests do not have access to the resort fitness center or Embassy Suites Splash Park and other pools located throughout Kingston Plantation.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
