Convenient Lobby Level Oceanfront Retreat with Majestic Views
Recently renovated, redesigned, and ready for the summer rental season, we are pleased to introduce this meticulously kept private oceanfront beach retreat to our rental portfolio. It is truly a one-of-a-kind floor plan in the Margate that provides a spacious, yet comfortable luxury experience with 10' ceilings, over 2,900 square feet of living space, beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and all the comfort and conveniences of home.
This unique floor plan has perfectly combined upscale living in a peaceful beach retreat. Plenty of upgrades and extras that you would expect from one of our Margate vacation properties, beautiful granite counters throughout, including extended island/bar seating in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen. Guests will appreciate the 82" smart TV in the family room and four large flat screen smart TVs in each bedroom with dedicated high-speed Wi-fi and access to Spectrum cable channels including HBO. Guests can easily log in and out of personal streaming accounts like Netflix and Prime.
Wake up each day to the sun rising over the horizon from the enormous oceanfront master bedroom or from one of the additional two oceanfront bedrooms in the new "family suite." Guests staying in the "family suite" will appreciate the private hall access from the family room that takes them to a full bathroom and two separate bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds plus a double day bed/twin trundle. Guests will appreciate the added convenience of a full-size executive desk in the master bedroom for those emails and calls that just can't wait. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with direct access to a full bathroom.

Lobby level means direct access from the pools/beach and parking garage– You will love the convenience of not having to wait for any elevators when returning from the beach/pool or a day of shopping.
The oceanfront balcony provides a breathtaking view across lush green landscaping, sparkling pools, and the beautiful blue ocean. Enjoy the sounds of waves crashing at high tide and the peaceful waterfall from the Margate pools. Swaying palms give much needed shade in the SC summer. Comfortable bar height tables on the balcony with seating for 8 are the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, favorite evening cocktail, or dining al fresco.

Please Note:
Guests of our Vacation Rentals can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort fitness center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed at any time.
