Laurel Court overlooks beautiful Arrowhead Lake and is connected to the beach by paved sidewalks and pedestrian bridges. Most guests can comfortably walk to the beach in about 5 to 7 minutes, enjoying the resort’s beautifully landscaped grounds along the way. The Laurel Court community pool is located just outside the building, making it easy to alternate between the pool and the beach during your stay.
Arrowhead Court
Arrowhead Court is connected to Laurel Court by a pedestrian bridge and offers one of the most convenient locations among the villa communities. The beach is approximately a 5-minute walk, while the community pool is located just across the footbridge. Guests enjoy an easy, scenic walk through Kingston Plantation’s walking paths before arriving at the ocean.
Richmond Park
Richmond Park is one of the largest villa neighborhoods within Kingston Plantation and surrounds beautiful lakes and landscaped green spaces. Depending on your building, the beach is typically a 6 to 8-minute walk along paved sidewalks. Guests also enjoy access to the Richmond Park community pool, located adjacent to Laurel Court overlooking the lake.
Windermere by the Sea
Windermere by the Sea is the closest of Prista’s villa communities to the ocean. Most guests can reach the beach in just 2 to 4 minutes, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want the spaciousness of a villa while staying just steps from the shoreline. The Windermere community also features its own private pool for owners and guests.
