Do Prista Vacation Rental Guests Have Access to the Embassy Suites Pools and Currents Waterpark?
One of the most common questions we receive from guests staying at Kingston Plantation is:
“Do we have access to the Embassy Suites pools and Currents Waterpark?”
The answer is no.
Guests staying in Prista Vacation Rentals do not have access to the Embassy Suites pool complex, Currents Seaside Entertainment, or Currents Waterpark. These amenities are reserved for guests who book through Kingston Resorts’ official rental program.
What Does Kingston Resorts Say?
Kingston Resorts answers this question directly on its Frequently Asked Questions page.
Who Has Access to Currents Pool Deck and Waterpark?
According to the Kingston Resorts FAQ:
“All registered Hilton and Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resorts guests have access to the pool deck and waterparks. Guests who booked with a third party do not.”
Kingston Resorts also explains:
“Registered Hilton and Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resorts guests will receive wristbands from the front desk at check-in.”
These statements make it clear that access is determined by how your reservation is booked, not simply by staying within Kingston Plantation.

Why Doesn’t My Prista Vacation Rental Include These Amenities?
Kingston Plantation is a unique resort community consisting of privately owned villas and condominiums, along with the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resort and Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort.
While all of these properties share the same beautiful 145-acre oceanfront setting, they are not managed by the same company.
Prista Vacation Rentals manages privately owned vacation homes and condominiums. Because your reservation is made through Prista rather than Kingston Resorts, Hilton-managed amenities—including the Embassy Suites pool complex and Currents Waterpark—are not included with your stay.
What Pool Access Is Included?
Although Embassy Suites pools and Currents Waterpark are not included, all Prista Vacation Rentals at Kingston Plantation include access to a community swimming pool.
Depending on your vacation rental, you’ll enjoy access to the pool serving your community, including neighborhoods such as:
- Margate
- Brighton
- Canterbury Court
- Gloucester Terrace
- North Hampton
- South Hampton
- West Hyde Park
- The Villas at Kingston Plantation
- Other community pools throughout Kingston Plantation
These pools are exclusively available for owners and guests staying within each respective community and provide a relaxing place to cool off after a day at the beach.
