Tucked away within the serenity of Kingston Plantation, yet close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and golf, this spacious and luxurious vacation retreat is furnished with everything imaginable to make your stay comfortable and your vacation unforgettable.
From the spacious rooms and open floor plan, to a kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, this two-story villa is the perfect destination for extended families or a group of friends.
The large, comfortable 3 -piece sectional sofa in the living area and attached screened in porch create a space that’s perfect for gatherings and entertaining inside or out! The upstairs loft is a real favorite with the kids; especially the new 60” Smart LED TV! Furnished with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, “the loft” has become a kid’s home within our home!
Step out on the rooftop deck with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise and relax with a glass of wine at night to enjoy the simple peace and tranquility that surrounds you. What a way to begin and end each day!
Other amenities include HDTV’s in each room, a DVD player, dedicated internet/Wi-Fi, jetted whirlpool tub, hair dryers in each bathroom (one less thing you’ll need to pack) and a full-size washer & dryer. Comfortable, crisp, clean and close to the beach! What more could you ask for?

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests do not have access to 78 Fitness, Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere within Kingston Resort.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa, on the screened in porch or rooftop deck. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Per Kingston Resort HOA Update: Trailer parking is not allowed. Motorcycles are not permitted past the front gate. Limited onsite parking for motorcycles is available, just outside the front gate.
