As you step out on the balcony from either the living room or master bedroom, you’ll experience some of the most magnificent, breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
Tastefully furnished and equipped with everything imaginable to make you feel right at home. Recently renovated and re-designed, the fully stocked kitchen boasts beautiful white granite counter tops with bench and bar seating! The open dining and living room space, with plenty of comfortable seating, is a great place to gather with family or just sit back and relax. For your enjoyment and entertainment there are HDTV’s in every room, DVR, and DVD player. Stay connected on our dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. You will almost feel like you didn't leave home, except of course that you will be living “on” the beach! Once you vacation here, you’ll want to return year after year!
This spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath 2,600 square foot suite can comfortably sleep up to 8. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed; two full beds are in the 2nd oceanfront bedroom, a queen-size bed is in the 3rd bedroom.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, they do not have access to 78 Fitness, Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
