Great family vacation. We stepped right into the pool and out onto the beach in just a few minutes. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking every single morning where we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise and then spent the rest of the day playing in the sand with the grandkids, The condo felt clean, spacious, and cozy for our whole family. The full kitchen made our stay super easy and fun. Highly recommend booking with Prista Vacations. Great staff!

This unit is very clean and well stocked. There are actually 24 winr glasses in tge cabinet.
On the 9th floor it allows a good view of the shore, north and south, and of the ocean of course.
The only suggestion I have is to provide a cutting board in the kitchen.

C'est la vie…. Sea la vie
by Diane

Sea la Vie was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed and suited our needs. The 2nd major bedroom had 2 double beds that helped our situation of step mother and 10 year old…. Giving each their own space.
The only things I would have changed would have been access to pantry space, to keep counter space from being crowded and always overloaded. Also, a luggage rack in 3 rd bedroom would have helped, but that was just my situation.
All in all it is a lovely space and beautifully kept.

Cond 904 was a very nice spacious, clean, bright, well maintained condo. We were only in for a quick 3 day stay and really like the condo. We use Prista most of the time and they never disappoint. This condo will definitely be one that we would book again.

Very clean and well maintained unit. Each year you can see small improvements. Furniture is clean and not stained though our family brings our own sofa and chair covers. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. My only recommendation is purchasing a new room rug (very light with some stains visible) or shampoo the current carpet. Otherwise, this unit is perfect. Looking forward to our next stay at the Margate Sea La Vie #904

It was a lovely condo to stay in and we all enjoyed the decorations and room lay outs. There are just a couple of suggestions I'd like to give that would have helped a bit. One suggestion is for a luggage bench in the small bedroom would have helped; and a small bench in the bathroom next to that bedroom. (I used one from one of the larger bedrooms)
The other suggestion is for a cutting board in the kitchen. I don't like cutting on kitchen counters or preparing food on them as it is not good for the counter. (I used a large pan lined with paper towels…. Not the best situation but it worked)
Great view of the ocean!!!!!

We have stayed in unit 904 at least 5 times, so we like this unit very much. It was very clean and freshly painted. Everything worked well and we had everything we needed. Only items for improvement are as follows:
1) the mattresses in the room with two beds are extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. 2) there was no cable box in the living room this time. This is where we like to watch TV. Although, there were cable boxes in the bedrooms. We will be returning to unit 904 in August. thank you!

Thank you Prista for another wonderful vacation opportunity. Margate is one of our favorite properties. We feel safe there, plus it feels like home. #904 was extremely clean and well taken care of. We appreciate the ease of checking in/out by not having to stop by an office to do so. Communication was great and so were the accommodations. We look forward to our next stay.

We have stayed at several Margate condos and they are the best Kingston has to offer in ocean front properties, in our opinion. 904 is one of our favorites. It is well laid out, spacious, very tastefully decorated and well appointed with all necessary items. Not to mention the great balcony and view. I don't think you will be disappointed!

Our group was looking for a condo on the beach and away from the hustle and bustle and large crowds and Margate Tower was perfect for us. The condo was roomy, clean and well stocked for our needs. The pictures don't do the size justice. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and we were accommodated an early check-in as part of our group arrived early. We would definitely come back! If you're looking for a beachside location away from the big crowds, this is the place for you!

The communication with Prista was great from booking to check-out. Highly recommend utilizing a Prista managed property. The condo was exactly as pictured and met our needs. It was clean but it was obvious that it was not freshly cleaned. The guest book was last signed about a month before us and I would guess the condo was cleaned at that time and not touched again before our arrival. Ideally, it would have a quick refresh just prior to new guest arrival. Margate front desk personnel at our arrival were welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were in the right place and belonged there. It was a great way to start our MB vacation. I seem to recall an earlier review indicating the master bedroom bed could use a new mattress and it could. It was not the most comfortable bed but it sufficed. The kitchen is very well stocked, which is appreciated. The only kitchen item not found was a cooling rack - not a show stopper, just a nice-to-have. Overall, returning to this specific condo is desirable and definitely renting from Prista is highly recommended.

Professional and responsive. Suites are different than those through other management companies because they feel like home when we walk in and throughout our entire stay. You think about what folks need and provide it proactively. If anything is missed which has only happened once - you all are extremely responsive. Fantastic suites and staff at Prista!
