Your home away from home is on the 2nd floor and situated on one of the several lakes throughout this tranquil beach community, which offers walking trails, on-site dining and coffee shops. Great corner unit with plenty of natural light and just steps to the beach.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home for those who choose to cook a meal. A large pass through to the dining room make meal time so convenient. Take advantage of the wonderful local restaurants, many of which offer delivery or curbside pick-up.

HOA policy states that the guest making a reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:
Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy and is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
