Prista Vacation Rentals has been representing committed owners of exceptional oceanfront residences in Myrtle Beach since 2009. Our start as owners ourselves began years earlier. We wanted an opportunity to create a unique space that not only our family would enjoy, but valued loyal rental guests as well. These experiences have provided our team with a unique perspective as property managers. This is the foundation that Prista Vacation Rentals was built on.
Our team lives and breathes vacation rentals along the north end of Myrtle Beach and into North Myrtle Beach. We are a boutique, presently representing 40+ rentals. We presently represent units in Kingston Plantation including the Margate Tower, Brighton Tower, North Hampton, South Hampton and several condos and villas within the Plantation. We also represent units in the Royale Palms at Kingston Shores. We have expanded to include units at North Beach Resort.
